This information is not transferred, sold or otherwise disclosed to third parties, except as is necessary for the proper administration of our programs or as may be required by law.

Our Disclaimers -
Elations Health’s prescription drug discount program is not insurance and is not intended to replace insurance coverage. Discounts are exclusively available at participating pharmacies and may vary depending brand or generic selection and by pharmacy provider.  
Some pharmacies ‘usual and customary’ prices may be below the negotiated discounts with these pharmacies.  When this scenario occurs the cardholder will benefit by receiving the lower of the discounted price or the pharmacy’s ‘usual and customary’ price.

Pharmacy Locator & Pricing Tools -
Our pharmacy locator and pricing tools are provided as a convenience to our users and do not guarantee participation or exact prices. Prices are agreed to by the pharmacies and published accordingly although participation and pricing variances do occur from time to time. Due to the volatile nature of medication prices we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of our pricing tools and recommend checking with your pharmacy for exact prices.
